How It Works & What to Expect

How do I nominate someone?

You can nominate a changemaker through our online form during the nomination window. Just share their story, tell us what makes their work impactful, and we’ll take it from there.

Who selects the winners?

A jury of 10 incredible individuals — leaders, experts, and changemakers themselves — carefully review the shortlisted stories to select the final winners.

Where can I watch the event?

The Better India Showcase will stream live across all our social media platforms this September. No passes, no registration — just show up and be inspired.

Can I vote?

Yes! Once the nominees are announced, you can vote for your favourite changemaker. While votes don’t decide the final winners, your support helps amplify their stories.

What happens after the Showcase?

The stories don’t stop at the awards. The winners continue to be featured through videos, articles, and reels across The Better India. Their work will be spotlighted throughout the year.

Is there a cost to participate or attend?

No. The Better India Showcase is open to all — to nominate, to vote, and to watch. Because stories of change should be shared, not sold.
